Xander Brand Digital files DMCA Complaint against YouTube

Today, via a legal representative, Xander Brand Digital, LLC, in an attempt to protect it's work, has filed a DMCA copyright claim against YouTube's usage of several Xander Brand Digital works, including logos, images, names, and established formats in two videos. In addition to this, the legal partner will also be representing Xander Brand Digital, Founder, President & CEO, Joseph Alexander Simpson in his own legal claims.

The official complaint is listed below:
"Xander Brand Digital and its management and agents have a reasonably good faith belief that use of the materials in the manner complained of in the report set out below is not authorized by Xander Brand Digital, its agents, or the law. This letter constitutes an official notification under Section 512(c) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the Act).

The violation includes direct and indirect copies of Xander Brand Digital, LLC's work; Namely using names, images, videos, logos and established formats previously used by the company."
